By accessing or using beatquantum.com and related pages operated by BeatQuantum Limited (“BeatQuantum”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to the website and its content only. They do not govern the issuance, use, or reliance upon digital certificates. Certificate practices are set out exclusively in the Certificate Practice Statement (CPS).

About BeatQuantum

BeatQuantum Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17376173). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. “BeatQuantum” and “BeatQuantum Labs” are trading names of BeatQuantum Limited.

BeatQuantum is not a CA approved by the CA/Browser Forum. Certificates issued under the CPS are for experimental and research use only and are not trusted by default in browsers or operating systems.

Acceptable use of the website

You may use this site for lawful information and research purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Probe, scan, or overload the service in a way that degrades or disrupts it
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
  • Use site content to suggest that BeatQuantum certificates are publicly trusted or suitable for production reliance, contrary to the CPS
  • Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site in a way that competes with or misrepresents our services, except as allowed under Copyright below

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, layout, and downloadable materials we publish — is owned by BeatQuantum Limited or used under licence. All rights are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • BeatQuantum is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content, including indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law

Certificates and PKI. Any liability (or exclusion of liability) relating to certificate issuance, validation, revocation, or reliance is governed solely by the Certificate Practice Statement. These website terms do not modify the CPS.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
