Leadership

Founder

Santosh Pandit

BeatQuantum is led by Santosh Pandit, who has worked as both a regulator and a technology innovator. He has set expectations from the regulatory side and built systems to meet them on the technical side. That experience shapes how BeatQuantum works: we understand obligation from the inside, and we meet it with engineering that already exists. BeatQuantum began in March 2020 as his private research laboratory, trading as BeatQuantum Labs, and was incorporated as BeatQuantum Limited on 3 August 2026.

Team

Founder-led

Santosh Pandit does the work personally, supported by specialist associates in cryptography, cyber and operational resilience, engaged per engagement. BeatQuantum is bootstrapped and has already reached production grade. We are open to external partners for global expansion, on terms consistent with the standards we hold ourselves to.
